I loved when he said that you should add only one or two shakes of hot sauce...and then proceeded to put 9-10.  He was the best.

I used to watch him when I was a child and he was wonderful!

He was so amazing. I could hear people in the background laughing. He had the cameramen, directors, and producers in stitches. If he could do that, we all know he was unique and genuinely down-to-Earth type of man.

Love this man I met him in 1988 while working as a car hop and was going to culinary school at the time. Justin was so nice to speak words of encouragement and wisdom. Thank you Mr Wilson and I hope to one day cook with you in heaven.

Truly an American treasure. Met him in 1991 when he came to my town for a cooking demonstration. Very memorable.

I'd rather watch a cooking show like Justin's where he is using basic ingredients receipes with mouth watering results. These new cooking shows all about competition with bizarre ingredients has run it's course...let's get back to traditiinal down home cooking shows.

OMG! I love him. I remember my grandpa, a native of Louisiana, watching him when I was little. I love his accent "I guarantee!"

Corny, silly non-sense banter between cooking instructions... and I absolutely love every moment of it!!! There will never be another Justin Wilson. Thanks for uploading this!

I miss this show. He was a good cook, and made things entertaining., with great stories and humor. More shows and so called "chefs, " can learn by watching him.

My Grandma and Grandad had
everyone of his album's. This
guy is funnier than any comedian
today, an is a decent person
with good clean jokes and
REAL good cooking.
