In the school the girl's bf and nanno become a show couple at first the bf tried to gain fame by acting as a couple later the whole school become so obsessed with this couple they actually made the real gf villain. The boy had to forcedly act as nanno bf even though he doesn't love her. The gf in the tried to convince nanno to speak truth but ended up fighting and nanno in the end fall and ended up coma where the whole obsession still didn't go away they forced the bf to become real life couple and he have to take care of nanno until death.
It's actually shows how at first celebrity couples look but if we as a fan get crazily obsessed about them then we forced our favorite couple to do anything we fans like. The moral is don't get so obsessed with fame

so basically, the girl who was being carried at the start is nanno, the main character of the show

what she does is she basically brings the worst out of people that has been hidden in their good actions, and bring them karma.

in this episode she is new at another school and she meets 2 people. the boy who was carrying her is named han, ( i think ) and he is the popular dude.

the girl with the short hair on the roof with nanno, i forgot her name so we will call her rose.

han and rose are in a secret relationship. nanno comes and ends up dating han, and han tells rose its for the likes and follows, and he’ll break up with nanno afterwards.

nanno gets supposedly ‘trapped’ inside a broom closet, but she actually did it herself to unravel roses jealousy.

rose gets jealous when the whole school starts making merchandise for nanno and hans ship name, hanno.

han and rose eventually realise their stuck with nanno, and need to do something about her. so rose goes an beats nanno up by setting up a fake note from han.

once the hanno fans find out, they beat up rose, which only makes han and rose even more desperate to get rid of nanno.

so rose and han decide that rose will push nanno off the roof, and han will act all sad until the whole hanno thing has passed.

so rose goes to push nanno, but she cant bring herself to do it.

so like in the following scene at the end, nanno says “thank you for letting me be with han forvever. hanno!” before falling off herself.

since nanno is immortal, she dosent die but in hospital needs someone to take care of her and be by her side until death.

han gets pressured into it, meaning his new life circulated in the hospital with nanno.

and thats why nanno thanked rose for letting her be with han forever.
