Inkscape Opening All PDF Pages? Yep.

This week we open up multiple pages from a pdf document and show the progress on the multi-page work. Part four in the ongoing saga to add a long awaited feature to inkscape.

Awesome work Martin! With all these new developments happening around Inkscape I'm sure once CMYK is properly imolemented with all the surrounding features Inkscape will become a go-to tool for any vector related work including print.

Inkscape is the new Blender. In fact Darktable seems to be the new Blender too. Let's hope Gimp and Olive also find a way to gain some more development time and usage. And ofc, let's hope some more money starts flowing towards development of all this wonderful software :)

For me, this will be a game changer. At the moment, I try and use views on layers to control the view on a single A4 page view. It gets to be very complicated. I use Inkscape for design, and I need to take my views apart, show parts here and hide them there!. Pages as you demonstrate here are the perfect solution for me. Thank you for your hard work.

the prototype is perfect. maybe need some button to add a new page in tool box so we can add new page fastly. and because its multipage, needed new setting page menu like object property so the user can change the size and orientation of each page.

i have downloaded inkscape and tried opening a pdf with multiple pages but i didn't see this option anywhere. Am I missing something?

Congrats! It looks very well.

I'm just thinking (for future developments) there would help designers to have a tool for automatic joining/de-joining two pages side by side in order to facilitate double page design .

What build has this new feature?

I personally only need two things:
1. Be able to insert the page numbers for all PDF pages.
2. Be able to crop all PDF pages at the same dimension(of course being able to see the stacked writing from all pages so I don't crop any letters on some pages).

Martin, I am trying to open pdf catalogue in Inkscape for changing some of the part but it is showing only text, the pictures part not showing at all. I tried to change text part and save the documents as a pdf but also pictures part are not coming. It is a big black parts rather then pics. How I can solve this issue? Can u please help me about that?
