Creating multi page pdfs

How to create a multi page pdf document from single page Inkscape files.

I now use an excellent program called Nitro PDF, which is very powerful and adds "Combine files with Nitro" to the right-click menu. This costs around $100 but has been well worth the cost and saved a lot of time. I also bought PDF toolkit which is good too.
