So having listened to a lot of Grant Cardone Videos, Some by choice, more because he's retargeting me, Ive decided to comment on his statement that single family homes are a waste of time and "dumb". Now is this a fact or is this Grant just trying to make other investments seem substandard to his Cardone Capital Fund?
