I just read in a book that it can be helpful to split your day or month into quarters like in a sports game. You may not have played well in the first quarter or first half but there is still so much time for improvement!

This was just the video I needed today ❤️ I have been off budget pretty much this whole year and I realized I was copy and pasting the budgets of other people ( and not considering the fact that we all have different things going on in our lives). So I’m hoping to start completely new with my finances and actually look at what’s going on in my life and what are some realistic goals. So thank you for the video! Love your credit card breakdown! I have specific jobs for my credit cards too. My gold Amex is the one in my wallet and I swipe for all in person purchases, my Citi card pays for all my recurring bills, and my blue cash everyday Amex is for all my online purchases. I don't carry the other cards in my wallet only the gold Amex and my debit card just in case there is a place that does not take Amex. Remember each day is a new day and you can restart at any time.
