NCL Buffet Lunch Food (Norwegian Star)

Tour the NCL buffet and see the food from 7 different lunches of our 11 night cruise aboard the Norwegian Star in June 2022, beginning with embarkation day lunch. The buffet restaurant is called Garden Café. It is SELF-serve, and is open for lunch daily from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. Like most of our other cruise food videos, ALL the food & drinks you will be seeing are complimentary, included with your cruise fare.

For lunch there are typically two different soups, one different type of pizza plus a couple of different sandwiches. For dessert they'll usually have one that without added sugar, and one that is gluten-free.

I really liked having a noodle bar and so many Indian and other ethnic dishes. I just hope that they deliver that quality on our cruise in February 2022. Another great video.

I remember when I ate at the Garden Cafe I was eating like i was Goku. Every morning i always had biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon, sausage, bagel and orange juice. Always helped with my hangover and for lunch i was killing the cheese burgers, hotdogs. Pizzas, fries and Ice cream. I also helped when i was really drunk soaked up all that alcohol. I can't wait until next year the day we board im going back to Garden Cafe and smash on that food again. I have a appetite like Goku.

I'm up to date with your current videos so I've gone back and am looking at some of your earlier videos. For some strange reason I think the food looks better on the earlier cruises. On the current cruises some of the food looks really dried out. For example, the refried beans (there are others, but I can't think of them right now). And most of the Asian food seemed to be swimming in grease which to me is nauseating.

I have said in previous comments that we are going on the Regal Princess in a couple of weeks so I'm looking forward to seeing how our perception of the food differs or is the same as yours. I can't wait to try the cream brulee that Joanne is always raving about. Also, the escargot! Yum, yum, yum!

Was on this ship December 2022 although it’s a smaller ship compared to the other Norwegian ships loved every minute of it the speciality restaurants were fabulous we were lucky the ship was only 50% full but personally it had a really nice atmosphere wouldn’t hesitate about going on it again…..PS great video
