Although he was mentioned during the Wolverine section, I'm surprised Deadpool isn't actually on the list. As he says in the movie “I'm Wade Wilson from Regina, Saskatchewan. Regina, the town that rhymes with fun.”

The Green Gables house in PEI is not a replica. It's the actual house the author grew up in and the novel was based on the house and the surrounding area.

Most famous Red Green quote: "If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy!"
Always said at the end of a skit where he builds some ridiculous contraption from a bunch of garbage. Like turning your car into a bbq/smokehouse combo so by the time you get where you're going, you got some meat to eat.
Always held together by 50 rolls of "the handyman's secret weapon: duct tape"

Wolverine was part of the Weapon X program, which was based in Canada. Other notable people in that program: Deadpool, Sabretooth, X-23, and a bunch of others only comic fans would know.

Tyler. You would probably like the Due South series because it is a show entirely based on American perceptions of stereotypical Canadians.

As a Canadian, it really irks me when the rest of the world stereotypically says " a boot" for about. This is almost mythical. There is a very small percentage of the Canadian population that say it like that. Now where did I put my maple syrup! 🤔

You could easily do a full episode on SCTV and it's star studded cast or Kids in the Hall. Both AMAZING comedy troops with crazy talent.

Tyler around Christmas time you should really react to Bob and Dough MacKenzie's 12 days of Christmas. It's well known to every Canadian and absolutely hilarious from beginning to end.

Robin Sparkles is largely based on Alanis Morissette, who, before her Jagged Little Pill transformation sang VERY 1980s style music (such as Too Hot, which was a somewhat big song) during the 1990s, and was apparently not known outside of Canada.

I hope The Littlest Hobo is in this list. If he's not then he should be. There's a place, that keeps on calling me...down the road - that's where I want to be!

Bob & Doug were part of the "Second City TV" troupe. There were two Second City locations (Toronto & Chicago). The Toronto group created the TV Show. Many of the Toronto members became famous (Canadian spelling). They contributed largely to the success of Saturday Night Live. John Candy, Eugene Levy, Dan Aykroyd, Gilda Radner, Martin Short, .... the list goes on

Constable Benton Fraser, from the TV show "Due South." It just recently hit Netflix and is well worth the watch. It's a comedy drama about a Mountie who follows the murderer of his father to Chicago then gets a position at the Canadian Consulate. and helps the Chicago Police solve cases. It's a show set in the United States that plays on all the stereotypes that Americans have of Canadians, shot in Toronto, standing in for Chicago, starring mostly recognizable Canadian actors and made by a lot of Canadians.

Yea, Wolverine mentions he's Canadian in his first on screen appearance.
The guy who plays Red Green used to be on a comedy show called Smith and Smith prior to.

Brendon Fraser (the MUMMY films) is from BC CANADA. When SNL was launched, where half were Canadian comics. 22+ of Netflix, various TV or FILM productions are ongoing in BC alone. Every prime time evening has at least a few Canadian actors in leading roles. The Rookie, FBI, the Good Doctor, etc.

The house came before the novel as the setting of the novel was the house and surrounding area, the book becoming famous made the house an icon and a treasure hence the tourism

You should put up a Go Fund Me and then vlog a trip to Canada. I'm sure it would be very successful.

I’m almost ready to call Tyler an honorary Canadian…. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦(he still needs to visit and experience Canadian culture first).
Thoroughly enjoy his reactions to our culture and smile every time he ‘kinda feels uncomfortable’ when Canadians are insulted 😂😂…… atta’ boy Tyler 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
