It's really emotional.Senku's father did his best so that things could be better for his son even at the end of his life.That's why love your parents.They work so much harder just so that their children could have an easier life .The least you can do is to respect, love and pay back as much as possible, but even with it we can pay back even a tiny fraction of it😢

What made me love this anime is that how the past and present is connected by just believing and seeing Byakuya's effort to go that far for Senku even though it's a long shot gamble, it's just beautiful.

Also reminded me of that scene when they got the recording from the astronouts in season 1. It's all teary-wholesome and I'm all for it.
