I tried recreating Subway footlong cookies in chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, and Monster. Recipe in the description ⬇️

Ingredients:

Cookie Dough Recipe:
- 4 ¼ Cups Of All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Of Baking Powder
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Of Baking Soda
- ¾ Teaspoon Of Salt
- 1 Cup Of White Sugar
- 1 ½ Cups Of Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Of Canola Oil
- ¾ Cup Of Oat Milk
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Cup + 1 Tablespoon Of Dairy-Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Of Coconut Milk
- ½ Cup Of Dairy-Free White Chocolate
- ½ Cup Of Chopped Macadamia Nut
- 4 Teaspoons Of Cocoa Powder

Topping:
- 1 Tablespoon Of Dairy-Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tablespoon Of Dairy-Free White Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 5 to 7 pretzels
- 5 to 7 Candies

Method:
1. In the large bowl, add 4 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and ¾ teaspoon of salt.

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add 1 cup of white sugar, 1 ½ cups of packed brown sugar, 1 cup of canola oil, ¾ cup of oat milk, and 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix on a medium speed until all your ingredients are combined and your sugar mostly dissolved. Then slowly sift your dry ingredients into the wet. Once that's done, switch from your whisk to your beater attachment and mix on low to form your dough.

3. Separate your dough into three sections and keep one in your mixer while placing the other two in separate bowls. Fold in ½ cup of dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips in one bowl and ¼ cup of dairy-free white chocolate chips and ¼ cup of chopped macadamia nuts in the other. For the section left in the mixer, add 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder and mix until the cocoa powder is evenly combined. Then fold in ½ cup of dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips.

4. Spread all three cookie doughs into 14 inch lined tart pans. Press the centers of your cookies down so that they can cook all the way through. Then bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 177 degrees Celsius, for 17 minutes. Allow to cool.

5. Once cooled, spread ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter over the top of your double chocolate chip cookie. Then gently place 5 to 7 pretzels. Sprinkle with dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Dot with chocolate candies. Then in two separate small bowls place a half cup of white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips. Pour ½ cup of hot coconut milk into each bowl and let sit for a couple minutes. Then stir until the chocolate and coconut milk combine into a chocolate sauce. Drizzle over your cookie. Enjoy!

Correction: This summer Subway introduced the "Summer Of Footlong" here in Canada which brought back the footlong chocolate chip cookie.
