Simple, yet efficient. Keep getting huge screen lock and lag, and this removed that issue. These small tricks are always useful, even down the roads 2 years later (2020) :)

i have an issue with the task view window repeatedly popping up into center screen as soon as i click it out and off screen.. some times there is almost no delay and sometimes it can take a small amount of time but it will eventually pop back onto screen without my intent

If this doesn't solve your problem, you should just go ahead manually switch the view from tablet to desktop mode... that should reset it.
