There's a girl who always works out with my friends and I occasionally join. I told them I can bench 300. I've never actually tried and my last bench PR was 185. I'd been doing tons of pushups though so I mean, I had that right?

The girl was my spotter and when I struggled to get the 300 up she jumped over my face to help and I gotta say there's no better motivation to lift than smelling the ocean breeze. I got it up.
