I love the scenes at Hooli which perfectly show how corporations' communication problems start: fear and a need to act superior to one's peers. The creators have been able to pretty effectively highlight the importance of good leadership, and how difficult it is to find that at large corporations. Every scene with these specific actors shows how much they attempt to kiss Gavin's ass to appear worthy of a promotion, and it's perfect.

Nintendo's CEO once announced a fantastic new Baseball game by mistake and none of the devs wanted to tell him there was no Baseball game in development. Rather than tell him he made a mistake, they squeezed resources and made a whole baseball game to avoid the conversation.

My dad used to work a very long time ago in my country's Ministry of Justice as a head case investigator working under the Minister, and one time, the Minister tells some national news channel they were getting some intel about the location of some big shot criminal; later, my dad, who works reallyyy hard, asks the minister "where did you get that intel?", and the Minister tells him "I don't have it, YOU are gonna get it for me..."
