IOC defends plans to allow Russian & Belarusian athletes back into the Olympics

IOC president Thomas Bach has defended their decision to start allowing Russian & Belarusian athletes to compete again in the Olympic Games.

Allowing countries whose politics had a bad relationship in major events is somewhat a trending topic recently.
In Indonesia, FIFA had a plan to cancel the U-20 World Cup after many calls to boycott an Israel athletes, whose country didn't being recognized by my country.

At the end of the day, this makes perfect sense. Especially when Russian Athletes have still competed in International Tournaments via the likes of Kazakhstan (who I'm surprised hasn't suffered a similar ban).

Good and necessary decision! Sport should not be mixed with politics, even if the West desperately wants it.
An Olympic Games or a serious international competition cannot do without Russian athletes.
The IOC has overcome one of the greatest injustices of modern times.
Envy cannot be a reason to violate the charter of the United Nations and the International Olympic Movement.

If Russia and Belarus are aloud back in i wont be watching at all in protest with ukraine so if the icc let them in then there against ukraine
