Moment boy prevents school bus from crashing after driver faints

This is the moment a seventh-grader regained control of a school bus whose driver lost consciousness and was on the verge of crashing.

Dillon Reeves was on a bus taking him as well as other students home from a day of classes at Carter middle school in Warren, just north of Detroit, when the driver began to feel dizzy and passed out. Reeves went to the front of the bus after he noticed the driver had fallen, stepped on the brakes and steered away from traffic on the road to bring the vehicle to a stop.

Boy is hero and a real action man. The screams did not faze him. When i from afar, did get disturbed by the screams. This boy should know he is a hero and be taken as such in society. Not many can react to a situation like this.

My heart is so big right now - not only for the amazing cool headed response this young man showed... but that i see in some Americans that are still there to step up to the plate.

in the 60s/70s we learned such things can happen, and you should always be prepared - then that meant help out as soon/much as you can, and ask others to help you at the same time.

Nowadays most Americans think being prepared equal how fast and how many bullets you can let fly at the drop of a hat.
