I've never felt so safe behind bars. Highly capable eMTB trail bike that's easy to whip around turns and can effortlessly climb steep terrain. I love this eBike!

One thing I threw out of mine was the handlebar. Replaced it with a Santa Cruz carbon 800 I had (my other bikes have sixC).
The handlebar is strangely rigid and the grips are horrid. I wear 2xl gloves (11 size) and still felt like I am holding a pool-noodle with the Pivot grips.

The Pivot grips which are re-branded WTB grips that require a side-cut handlebar. So getting rid of the pool noodles requires getting rid of the handlebars.
That said, 1 month of riding caused more wear on the pool-noodle grips than my 2 year old bike has with 3000Kms on it (Odi lock on grips).

Ah .. and one more thing. I got mine with 27.5+ wheels from a 2019 model as I refuse to sit on a 29er :)

Other than that, I am really happy with the bike, though I am planning on a 203mm rear rotor and to replace my rear brake with a Saint. I don't like the mushy XT lever feel on the rear, but they are perfect on the front. That's how my Haibike is set up: rear Saint, front XT. Perfect to lock the rear easily but prevent lockups on the front.

BTW, what do you guys think about putting a 170 or 180mm fork into this? Would it mess with the GEO in a bad way?
