Finishing the last side quest

I actually like finishing the game with some easy quests. It feels like you're a retired hero who wanders around and just helps people. Yeah he may be rude and skip every line but he helps

He lived long enough to complete all the quests, at which point he immediately became the villain. Straight up torched that guy's face with his own face!

If its a game I care about, I'll finish all side content before finishing the final quest. I want the end of the game to be the end of the game. If I know there is unfinished side content I want to get, I'll put off the final quest until it's all done just so that I don't end up like Ben here.

I just finished The Last of Us Part 1 an hour ago. I was careful to save just before the end of the main quest, went back to get the one collectible and one optional conversation I missed, then played the DLC and got all the requirements there so that when I finished the core game, my platinum would pop and the screenshot to match it would be the very end of the game.

I never skip a conversation, even if it's the second time I play... I ALWAYS listen.... EVEN IF I had previously died and have to watch the entire cutscene again. Why? I feel like I'm disappointing the NPC... I always thought they have feelings.

Ahh that struggle when you're near end game lvl but return to early areas to complete the million low lvl quests you accepted on a whim.
I loved how annoyed he sounded with that XD
