Just done this version- this is divine!!! Simple and out of this world!! Pasta - olive oil- bottarga - unbelievable joy in my brain - I am totally buffeled about the perfection this simple dish - sorry - not simple but most comprehensive dish I’ve ever tasted was in front of me - still out of breath trying to understand what’s happening!!!
