If you were going to see one movie in 1999, it was STAR WARS. But if you were going to see two movies in 1999, the other might very well have been THE SIXTH SENSE. M. Night Shyamalan's surprise hit became the second highest grossing film of the year, and wowed audiences with its twist ending. Now, twenty years on, has the infamous revelation at the end of the film held up? While the twist itself needs little explanation, the clues along the way, how THE SIXTH SENSE really has a twist opening, and how important the color red is to the film's central theme, are all worth discussing and exploring!

This movie is still a God Dayum classic. Watches it for the first time in over a decade recently, and even with knowing all the twists and plot points, it still carries a huge emotional impact.

Thank you for doing this one. I can normally see these twists coming from miles away, but never saw this coming when I saw it in the movie theatre. Just beautiful, & never gets old on repeats. Also I never noticed the colour red, still getting blown away by this movie 20 years later.

One of the hints that Bruce Willis's character was dead was he wore the same clothes throughout the whole movie

Another thing: the scene where Cole is in the bathroom before the kitchen scene (the ghost woman who commit suicide) the shot is similar when Vincent appears in Malcom's bathroom.
I'll rewatch this movie! Is a masterpiece

I always thought the scene where it looks like Cole's Mom and the Dr. are sitting and talking in the same room was a bit of a cheat but I guess they had to have something like that happen or the audience would've caught on.

What a masterpiece. Id been planning many times to watch this movie but i always forgot. Glad I did. What a great movie ending that was. Totally shocked when it did revealed he was dead and pretty much rewinding the whole scene how I did not saw that. I might watch it again, recommend to all my friend and watch their reaction, probably the same as mine.
