Galactus can’t be an avengers villain because you don’t “beat” Galactus… you just hope and pray you’re smart enough to find a way to convince him to not eat your existence and that’s it.

Much more of a scientific or community oriented task than a superhero team up task

Technically, he's not even a villain. Eating planets is just how he sustains himself. It's like calling a fox a villain for eating rabbits y'know? There's nothing personal, he just has to survive

I really think people misunderstand Galactus as a saga ending villain when he doesn't need to be since while yes he is an incredibly powerful and almighty opponent that is damn near impossible to truly stop, he's not a typical villain like Thanos or Ultron, since Galactus is a force of nature that only exists to consume to maintain balance over the universe, he's not evil. In fact Galactus made his first appearance fighting the Fantastic Four in a 3 part issue storyline and in that story the Fantastic Four found a way to eventually defeat him despite how omnipotent he was. Galactus can simply just exist and can be explored with characters like the Fantastic Four or Silver Surfer (whether it's Shalla Bal or Norrin Radd) which I hope they give the Silver Surfer his own project in the MCU.

As I saw in a other comment section and EMH, Galactus is not a villain that plots his next plan. He is a force of nature and can suddenly appears in earth

I feel like Galactus is less of a villain and more like a natural disaster, like a tornado or something. You can only sorta reason with him (Ultimate Nullifier, I know, I know), you can’t really punch him, and it’s often borderline impossible to stop him, so your best options are to escape him or somehow remove him.

That’s not necessarily a negative, mind you, he’s still a great character and works as an excellent foil/threat to the FF, it just means that he definitely wouldn’t work the same way as a villain like Thanos or Dr. Doom would.

I think the only time I see galactus being in another movie is when doom took control of him in a comic I think

He is a force of nature sure but the funniest thing is that in marvel zombies he got friggin devoured by the zombies and they got his powers

I think it would be interesting if they did use Galactus again, but he helped out during the events of Doomsday and Secret Wars since Galactus has been a force of good during some storylines
