I can't afford gold, so silver it is for me. I can only afford a little each month, so junk silver works well. Better than not stacking anything.

Stacking under $ 50, 000 = SILVER
Stacking over $ 50, 000 = GOLD😊

Gold is real money. Silver is supplementary, secondary small change. Focus on gold, and only allocate a relatively small portion to silver, as a speculation.

With silver in such demand, as industrial metal, I'd like to see how silver compares to gold in next 5 years. Silver was never so needed as it is today. I still stack my 3 favorite metals gold, silver and brass ammo.

Gold is better to stack, but silver is easier to accumulate. I can always find a few hundred dollars each month and buy some silver but it is much harder to find a couple thousand dollars a month for gold.

Gold gold gold…. There is nothing like it nor ever will be. If gold does well then SILVER has the torque needed to upstage gain wise it’s yellow metal sibling.

The problem is silver price is not what we pay for it. Accounting for premiums would make this analysis more real, but obviously much more difficult to get the raw data. Anyway, thanks for all the work you put into this presentation PHEW!!!

Better to stack rare date, common date, constitutional? ( gold); Morgan silver rounds? Are categorized collectibles the best? For wealth preservation and to use?

Although I buy more silver than gold I think gold is far better. Until the manipulation of silver is slowed or stopped stackers will never see that day when silver pays off like it should. Until then Silver will continue to be a vehicle to maintain wealth but not grow it much in terms of purchasing power. I’d like to see something on how silver is manipulated in a future posting by SS thanks 👍👍👍

What sucks is that in states (like Ohio), precious metal purchases are subject to sales tax, 8% on top of the premiums and spot! New York is even worse.

Gold has lower premiums imo. I just bought a type 2 American Gold Eagle for $1887. If i needed to sell it tomorrow I'd prob get that much or a tiny bit less. Some shops arent paying that much over spot for these $39 ASEs. Dont get me wrong, I stack them too but in 2022 I believe 1oz gold is the best buy and 1oz Silver Brittanias ($29) are the best bang for your buck on silver. Theyre soverign govt minted legal tender, amazing security features, gorgeous design, heritage and history, etc. Silver Brits for the win

My stack is a hedge but also a SHIF and so a possible trade medium. that being said gold is harder to reach for a lot of stackers, i plan to do an annual gold purchase with income tax refund starting 2022. Thanks for the info !

Why oh why do I walk into the shop eager to get gold, but alas, I walk out with silver.

Honestly, it depends on what time of fhe year we're talking about. When the ratio was favorable, I traded Ag for Au.
