I just installed my 12’ gate of the same style. My auger that I just purchased and used concrete down in ground 3 feet and I’m set. I feel so much better Already, just put post up this weekend so been letting cure and stabalize. Salute and Respect. Love the channel. Wish Well and God Bless.

Attach a wheel on the other end of the gate to support it and carry the weight.

We use a gate wheel if we question if the pole is super sturdy or not. Maybe something to check into if the pole starts getting weak.

A threaded gate hinge bolt that goes completely through the post so you can adjust the gate by tightening the nuts on either end

Good thing she was there. Also, a wrench is way easier tool to use to install those bolts than ViceGrips fyi!
