How can the hunters win another premiership? Are we any closer to a png team in the NRL?

Rumors in PNG some years ago about their pay cheque, most gun players in the team left for England some dont wanna play and so forth after winning GF in 2017.

My Opinion is that;
though we have a lot of talented players coming through the Digicel cup competition our standards still need to be raised. Don't get me wrong the Digi Cup has come a long way its semi-pro now the games faster, fitness levels are higher, but it still needs small improvements...
Our Referees standards have gone up, I saw that our digi cup refs are now NRL accredited refs (well one or two, but not sure what levels). However, still we have inconsistencies in weekly match rulings. Also they are not strict enough sometimes e.g many times markers are not square, defensively getting back ten quickly. etc... This then instills bad habits to digi cup players. Whom are the ones selected for the hunters program.
Junior Development I think needs more attention. I saw one of Coach Marums reasons for stepping down as Hunters coach at the end of this year (2019) was to focus more on Junior Development, so that our younger players get drilled technically at a younger age thus have a different mentality and attitude, "game smarts/game awareness" whatever its called. Hence when making it to the Digicel Cup they further increase the standard. If they then make it to the Hunters Program, they will collectively add Value to the team; a more Consistent, "Game smarts/awareness" and lethal Hunters Pack.
ANYWAY THAT'S JUST MY OBSERVATION, I MAY BE WRONG.
LASTLY...
OUR HUNTERS BOYS CAN DO IT. OUR HUNTERS PROGRAM HAS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD AND I KNOW WE CAN TURN THINGS AROUND NEXT YEAR..

How is the local footy competition in PNG? Are they getting tournaments together to scout Talent? I know well and truly that PNG has the population for footy players.
