If you want even closer, almost perfect, Pringles; use milk instead of water, use more potato than flour and corn starch, roll out a lot thinner. Using a pasta rolling machine helps get the chips nice and thin. This also saves the double frying. Have your seasoning made up before you fry them, then dump them from the oil into a paper bag, shake in seasoning, close bag and lightly shake to coat the chips with seasoning.

Tried this recipe, was little hard to make. After grinding the potato when I added in rice and cornflour it was ok.. but after 5 min the dough was very sticky. Then again I added some rice flour and cornstarch . . and the result was I got very hard chips.. I'll try this again next time. Thank you for this recipe.💕

Nice! Keep up with the great videos.

Try cutting back on the flour a bit or and use a flour with lower gluten, try flour for pastries, it'll crack more like Pringles. Also maybe add a bit more potato flour.

And pulverize your salt into a fine powder with a mortar and pestle before adding, and add it immediately after removing chips from oil.

I think I'll experiment with this, starting at your recipe. Thanks.
