If you're wondering why they don't call these Pringles, it's because Pringles is trademarked and Kellogs currently owns that brand. The "pringles" depicted here are basically cheap knockoffs but I would imagine the process for making actual Pringles is very similar. "Stackable chips" is the more generic term, sort of how Q-tips are a type of "cotton swab" and tupperware is a specific brand of "plastic storage container" (who the hell even says that?)

Pringles always have the same amount of flavors on each chip, and that is why I love them. With regular potato chips, it's wildly random.
