Late night walk on empty streets of New York City in 2021 during light rain is quite relaxing. Late night walk in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan is the perfect place. Only a handful of cars and pedestrians can be seen late nights. Most of the streets in Lower Manhattan become empty late night. The relatively quiet ambiance, light rain and beautiful city lights make for the best late night walk.
