I ​tried all the tutorials I found on YouTube but everything was not working.

I post this Video because I know how hard to have this kind of problem with your channel.

at the first clip of the Video I Showed how I did some of the suggestion tutorial I found on YouTube, as you can see I CLOSED ACCOUNT on AdSense, I also CLOSED ACCOUNT on Payment method on Google.. but all of them didn't work.

am currently battling with this..closed the account and even reactivated countless times..I then used a different email and it was rejected...then i created another email again and now waiting for feedback since 2 days ago//Super stressful..
