Never understood why you would want to sell more for less. These Black Friday sales create more work for far less money than you would normally make. You should be putting these efforts Into building your business to make more money year round rather than spending all this money to take a hit on your profits and create more work. Doesn't make any sense.

when to do Early black friday sale 24 hours early than black friday or a day before thanks giving (24 hours early than thanks giving ) so people have one day off and then i start running black friday ads and sending bf emails

If you have high daily adspend heading into thanksgiving and you close store to password only...aren’t you just burning through all that adspend which then wouldn’t make the results from the list that worth it.

Thank you for the value Nick! 🤝🏽 Quick question: when collecting emails for the VIP list, would you create a reach/ traffic campaign on FB to tell people who did not buy but were interested (ATC's/ abandoned) to sign up to the email list? + create a landing page just for this occasion?

Hey ! I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU. I listened last minute to your video yesterday morning, so 2-3h before Black Friday started.

I directly understood all the mindset of Black Friday thanks to you, I understood that it’s about retargueting and selling again to existing customers. So launched a bunch of BFCM retargueting ads, prepared emails, SMS and launched all of this and made 6000$ 😍 it never happened to me before. I could see how people were willing to buy on that specific day. I gave 30% off which is okay, but the thing was to see that everyone was willing to pay that day, people knew they were gonna spend on a bunch of websites, my conversation rate was 3* higher than usual

If I didn’t see your video, I would have missed on this huge opportunity. I was scared to do Black Friday because I was thinking it’s about cold audiences, that they wouldn’t convert so well.

Thank you SO much for sharing this content. Hopefully next year I will have more stock and I will have another bank where I can spend way more budget on ads and crush it even more 🔥

bro.. how to give Early access to the VIP list.. i didn't get you.. It means only a discount code (for 30% or 50% off) to them or creating a separate discounted product page and sharing the link with Vip lists or anything... please give me clarity.. Thank you

Does this change with your new CBO TOFU/RT strategy? Would you just test the black friday creatives like normal inside that campaign, and scale the same? Or are you going to branch off a bit and create a few more campaigns.
