I Found The Best Day Trading Strategy Ever ( #1 On The Channel ! )

Hi everyone, I backtested this strategy 100 times and I found this:
Instrument: GBP/USD
Time Frame: 5 minutes
62 wins and 38 losses
Win Rate: 62%
Profit: 34.55%

Conclusion: I think this Is a decent strategy. Entry signals are great, however, exit signals lag very much and always leave you with 0.5% profit instead of 1% or 2%. I did not test it on the original pair from this video, nor the original time frame. Further research will be done in a few days.

Great stuff. I watch several youtube videos on how to trade in the market but haven't made any headstart because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands

1) You should forward test and not just backtest. That will give true results. 2) You seem to be ranking them by win rate, but I would rank them by annualized return. The win rate and the total return are useless without factoring in the amount of time it took to make the gain. For example, 20% in two weeks sounds small compared to 225%, until you find out that the 225% took 10 years to make. Even 5% in a week of trading is awesome and way better than taking years to make triple digit gains. Time matters.

This strategy def works. Three things I would recommend: (1) You will improve your win rate if you add a TV indicator "Trend Lines v2" ... and skip trades that are about to hit a trend line. (2) To avoid fatigue you can go to multiple pairs and add an alert from the Trendmeter. I recommend this one because it is the hardest requirement to hit. The alert condition you want is "3 TMs change color with TBs 1+2" You will still need to validate the EMA and Volatility when you get the alert. Doing this you will get many more trade opportunities. (3) I recommend doing a split pane with a higher timeframe view. For instance if you are at an equal low or trendline on like a 1H/4H timeframe you might want to skip that one since it may bounce. Also, I think someone else mentioned it .. you don't want to close the trade on a red dot if it is in drawdown....rather let it hit stop loss if need be but more times than not it will go briefly in drawdown and then go on to make $.

I tested the system from March 21, 2022 to March 29, 2022. BTC, interval 5 minutes. My result is:

The end result is a loss of 753 pips, including the 2 pips spread.
