Iam eating almost all of them except lemon juice, tomato, and pomegranate because i have stomach issues, i believe, since i have been on the blood thinner Xaerlto, and my stomach is wrecked on it. prior to taking this med . I never had any stomach issues. Thanks for the tip on celery.I will get some.

You mention beet root but the LEAVES are also high in potassium, approximately 1000mg. I prefer the leaves and I saute or eat them raw in my salads.
