Twitching of the eye or eyelids can be because of nerve related conditions or eye related conditions. Most of the times the twitching is because of sleeplessness and stress. So take care of these. Have adequate undisturbed sleep and take care of the stress and if the twitching still continues that is the time you have to meet an eye specialist or neurologist. In your case you have stated that there is eye twitching as well as neck twitching. Commonly when eye twitching is associated with something else it is a nerve related problem. So kindly consult a neurologist and then the eye specialist if the problem continues.
