So thankful for this video! Suffering w/ debilitating migraines for years now, tried everything possible, but only minimal relief. The symptoms you describe are exactly what I experience, so I look forward to watching your other videos on how to treat this; praying for answers.

The headache you're describing, "ram's horn headache" or "full wrap" is EXACTLY what I'm feeling. Thank you.

Wow, so grateful for this video!
For several years, I have been complaining to my GP about extremely painful headaches that wake me from my sleep and continue all day. Not migraines but headaches.
My Dr said it was due to having high BP, but I know that I had a lot of neck discomfort at night from sleeping with a lumpy, old pillow.
I wish more Drs would listen to their patients.

Don’t count out the jaw as well. I’ve been to the physical therapist for years for neck pain before I discovered the main problems actually came from my jaw. Your jaws are connected to tons of muscles in the neck and also to the large muscles on the sides of your head so tension and inflammation can cause pain in the neck and head. I have a few massage routines I can do myself, a splint for at night and I’m actively training to relax my jaws. Don’t count it out because a lot of physical therapists never even looked at my jaw and after this discovery and treatment my neck pain decreased significantly.

This is the exact type of information I needed to try to understand possible causes of my migraines. I never seem to be able to get answers. Thank you!!

That’s exactly how I experience my migraines. Always the same side. From my neck and in my eye right eye.

I have terrible debilitating headaches. I also have Scoliosis. Oddly enough I have never linked the two. After watching this video I realized how obvious it is! I haven't looked through all of your videos yet but I'm hoping you have something where you discuss Scoliosis. Thank you, Bob and Brad! In my book you're definitely famous! I would love you're autographs!

I wake up with a headache pretty much every morning. I have osteoporosis in my neck and also scoliosis. Once I get up the headache is one. Thank you for the information.

Lifetime migraine sufferer here! Migraine attacks can trigger neck issues (muscle tightness caused by inflammed nerve) and neck issues can trigger migraine attacks (cervicalgenic headaches). It's definitely a negative feedback loop, but addressing the neck and continuing to do appropriate stretching can alleviate symptoms of migraine and decrease the frequency (i.e. lowering the migraine threshold). 🤗

Thank God for Bob and Brad! I so often wake-up with neck headaches, for the very reason you talk about here, I have fibromyalgia and neck arthritis. Each time I wake up like that, I come to your videos to remind myself of your exercises. I do need to do them daily to avoid at least some headaches. I also just came across your pillow ideas, brilliant! Thank you for all your help! I just shared your channel with my sister, she doesn't speak a lot of English, but she doesn't need to LOL, it's clear with your motions and examples, she'll get it! Thanks again guys!!!

And all this time I thought they were cluster-headeds... But what you're saying makes perfect sense.

I had this headache for a while and got tired of pain killers because they could work much, yesterday morning my sister told me the problem, its in the belly...I don't know how it is all connected....she said get prune juice and flush out your system alternatively, drink 1 ltr of look warm water and gag it out...."which I did because I did not have prune juice and the pain was killing me" in 30mins after taking it out it was gone and I feel great..

Thank you for this video. I suffer from chronic daily headaches that start from my lower neck and radiates to the area around my right eyebrow. I’m convinced that my neck is the issue since a recent MRI shows necrosis of several discs in the neck region.

I've had problems with my neck for 2, 5 years, I know it's stress related because I used to have pain all over my body like fibromyalgia. So I quit my old job because it made me more and more sick from stress. The other pain is gone but I still have problems with my neck. These headaches which gives me panic when I don't know how to make them go away. I will watch more of your videos for sure.

Wow, I have 4 herniated discs in my neck and I have been having headaches only on the right side. If I sneeze I feel the pain also when I move my neck in certain positions. Thank you for this video you saved me another MRI.

Yes Yes Yes, it all makes sense. You know, I've been a Draughtsman/ Designer (deskjob) for over 18yrs now and it has surely taken its toll on my health. Those headaches (Rammshead) kinda headaches are spot on, not to even mention the sagging shoulder blade from using the mouse on a daily basis. Its so bad that I'm actually suffering from depression as well. Thanks for the vids, definitely something looking in to.

I actually have headache that originates from the back of my neck, very similar to what you describe. It became more frequent last month, i had it every Wednesday or Thursday every week, I took paracetamol to cure it normally, it worked fine. I really want to know what was wrong, but I was quite sure the doctors would get me through all kinds of scanning and came up to me that I needed a brain surgery, no way! One day in my office I felt too stiff for prolonged sitting, i stood up to turn around my head to relax I noticed that the aircon was blowing into my face and when i sat down it was blowing directly at the back of my head and shoulders. I didn't feel right so I turned away the grille so the cold air blew away from me. From then on I felt quite comfortable in my chair, i had always felt wronged sitting there for a long time, thinking that maybe the Feng Shui was not good. But after i adjusted the air grille, my headache went away, too. I have been free from headache for three weeks now entering fourth. Probably the cold air makes my backneck muscle contract all the time so much that it squeezes my nerves, I don't know but I'm good now, my goodness glad to be good.

I had multiple C spine herniations.
The headaches were debilitating, until it was relieved by the surgical fusions.. oh my, what a relief.
