If the "free" item is behind a paywall of another offer, the "free" item is not free, just part of the offer. Why they don't reduce the comical amount of offers to only one that's worth buying?

If an offer says "FREE!" but you have to pay before getting the offer, IT IS NOT FREE. As a free-to-play player, I feel like Clash Royale is basically taunting me with this.

the legendary offer was horrible. Putting up a free item first, only to paywall the rest of the list
But at the same time, this is still a F2P mobile game with NO ADS. They even added QoL gestures to skip past their list of offers in the shop....and regularly have contests where you can earn the magic items that help boost your deck.
The revenue has to come from somewhere. If you disagree, don't forget to load the dishwasher for your mother upstairs.

7:52 this is exactly what is so stupid about what supercell is doing because actually adding something not money hungry to the game would in the long run generate SO much more money. Like if you're gonna be money hungry at least do it right. It's crazy to think how much of a fumble this year was for cr considering how much the player count went down and how the gameplay went from requiring skill to requiring a credit card.

It isn't supercell who is doing this. The majority of the problem is the people who own 80% of supercell

This kind of offers are already in Brawl stars and Squad busters. And if they say free without any warnings like in squad busters, its straight up a scam.
I miss when supercell prioricized love to a game over money, but they more and more turn into a completly normal company that only cares about money.
(Clash royale is still by far the worst too)

Funny how suddenly there is so many book offers. I remember just a week ago they tried to remove the book of book from the season shop. 💀
