Kurama was essentially the mascot of the Naruto series. So the fact that they killed him off sorta sucks. I mean, it REALLY sucks. Our friend, the Nine-Tails, was a major plot device all through Part 1 and Part 2, and I suppose his demise was meant to mark the official end of Naruto’s Era. But it also helped Naruto, Sasuke, Kawaki, and Boruto to stop Isshiki. It also gave us a glimpse of Baryon Mode which… we had never seen before… and… will never see again… *clears throat*. After all of this, I can’t help but wonder what if Kurama hadn’t died? Specifically, what would have happened if Naruto hadn’t used Baryon Mode. It’s obvious that this was the thing that killed Kurama. If it had been used fast enough, Kurama might have survived. But it took too long and completely burned through his chakra. I still wonder if he can come back from this. After all, Chakra is energy, and energy is never truly destroyed. It only transforms, and Tailed Beasts are known to respawn after death, such as how Isobu did. But I guess that’s a question for another day.

I have a theory, look, since Momo absorbed Naruto's chakra and ate the fruit, I think there IS still a chakra left of Kurama so since boruto has all momo's chakra means he also has kurama's chakra so it means there is still a way to bring back Kurama in the series and since the good always has the stronger plot armor I think the story would not end as Momo (evil) go his way

This was an amazing way for kurama, naruto and sasuke all finally leave the main character spotlight and finally leave boruto to be his own person, though i still hope kurama comes back in some way

Honestly I kind of hate the fact that not only did they kill Kurama, they also took away Six Paths Sage Mode. Naruto has used Six Paths without KCM, so why the hell is he limited to sage mode nowadays?!?!

I think a good estimate is that the GeForce statue had 10-15%, full kurama had slightly more and the rest was unevenly split because therefore statue can be used to suck out peoples souls in mass amounts and kurama is the strongest of the 9tb, beating 6 of them at once when Naruto unlocked full potential
