Aurelion Sol's nerf has changed on the PBE.
It's no longer a E's range nerf.
It's a Q's CD nerf of 1s every rank

watching Rell try to crab walk after champs running away or to try to run away after essentially inting is just so funny and sad. and no matter how much ms you try to stack you dont move any faster than molasses up hill on a cold winter day.
meanwhile blitz hook will still yoink you if it doesnt actually hit you, then when you're dead he gets to type " I don't actually think that hit you" Like yea it didnt but cant ever fix blitz hook which is almost the size of the lane only outdone by the naut hook
