Just FYI....website shows "DO NOT use as a starter battery for any type of vehicle, such as cars, motorbikes, tractors, etc." Outboard motors are different because they use much less starting amps plus they are not running a lot of electronics that may be affected by the BMS shutting off power to the vehicle. And yes, if there is no load or resistance for the alternator it can instantly fry.

Can the alternator on an outboard charge this battery fully? I have enjoyed Li Time batteries for my 24v trolling motor but have avoided using one as a starter battery.

Just one simple question, when the battery is fully charged does the BMS turn it off and fry my alternator?

There is zero warranty any their products. Well sort of they will replace it but you have to ship it back to China which cost you more than the product itself.
