In this video, Eastwood shows you the proper way to mix body filler to prevent getting air bubbles which can then lead to pinholes in the filler when it hardens.

Always stir the filler in the can before placing the a glob on your mixing board. Then knead the hardener in the tube to mix the resins with the catalyst before placing a single ribbon across the filler. Mix the filler with your paddle by chopping and folding the filler over itself until it is completely blended with no streaks.

TIP: When the temperature is warm you will need less hardener. When the temperature is cool, you will need more hardener.

Mixing Board with tear-Off Mixing Sheets

Hi and thanks for the video. I have a question If you may answer it, ok. I heve a fiberglass body for a jeep and it has waves in it, very small waves but they ate there.How can I get them filled? Body filler or achrylic putty? Thanks.

Don't do it like this guy. EVERYBODY does it this way. Instead use a scale like true pros. put your filler on a scale and then add 2% b y weight hardener. 300 grams of filler= 6 grams of hardner.
Also the mixing board is nice but most local auto paint shops sell them for less than 10 bucks. Eastwood of course does not sell theirs for $10 bucks.
