I just started watching the video and I love the look of the outside! I’m smitten! Now I’ve seen the inside and I love it as well! I think the only things I would like to see different is a larger master closet, which would take away from something else, so I don’t have a solution for that. I would like the kitchen cabinets to go to the ceiling. And replicating that front porch onto the back of the house would be phenomenal! You could have a coat closet put beside the staircase in the corner, facing the front door. But the laundry room isn’t too far away to use that coat closet either. I had that same thought. The rooms are so spacious and the esthetic is gorgeous! Great job and great find Tim!

All this home needs is a walk in pantry and a fireplace.

Hi Tim, Jen, and boys. This is my type of house. Love huge porches. Love all the windows. I could see all the rocking chairs on it! I love the size. It’s a perfect design for me. I’d have all wood inside. The kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals. I’d do stainless appliances. The dining room is cozy and decorated beautifully. The master and bath is gorgeous. Love the upstair bedrooms. Tim this is a wow wow Wow home. Great home and narration. Tim you and the family have a blessed week!

Now THIS is a house! I love it, except for how far you'd have to walk between the furnace and hot water heater. I'd definitely put the furnace in that utility room closet, but otherwise this is a beautiful home with plenty of space! Thanks again for the tour, Tim! 😁👍

I like the idea of a big family room on the second floor. Nice sized bedrooms with big closets up on the second floor also. It might be nice to have dual sinks in the upstairs bathroom.

That master bath has my favorite mirrors. Just think how big this home would be with a finished full sized basement.

I remember This home I guess the Other guy toured it "Chance" but good refresher. My house had a smaller kitchen footprint but more upper cabinets than this one but I had one window not two but still more. Trying to figure if it would hold All the stuff in the upper cabinets like mine did. Does the master closet look like a door either goes on it and just was off for the model or can it get one because that is a must for me no open closet's. I would want that basement access door to open onto the entryway instead of the living room space and that would also leave the wall as wall space for living room furniture or decor. So door on master closet, change that door access to entry way area, fireplace in living room and maybe see if a step in pantry closet can be added or make the coat closet in the laundry room a kitchen pantry. Change all wire racks to wood or solid shelves. I still wonder why that carpet is not installed properly and is so loose and kinda a tripping hazard.

Love the front porch. Master bath is darn near perfect. The entire home is very spacious and welcoming. No worries about the absence of coat closet at the front door. You can always have a decorative coat tree nearby; there is certainly enough space. Very appealing entry with the two-story foyer. Nice finishes and details throughout. I might have less wall-to-wall carpeting and more vinyl or laminate flooring.

Hey Timothy! Wow, just Wow! This is a great house. It has enough rooms to give my husband and me the rooms we need - his Gym and my Library Music Studio Office Room! I would have to cut the island down and put wheels on it. I even like the cabinet colors! I'd also have to put a handicapped tub in the Master Bathroom and probably do some adjusting on the commode area. There's no Pantry, but if we didn't go with a basement, that downstairs space could be made into one [otherwise we'd build one in the garage]. We would need to get an elevator or a stairway lift to go upstairs as I can't climb stairs. The microwave would need to be relocated as it's too high for me. I'd want a wood-burning stove or gas fireplace in the Living Room. The place is nearly perfect - Nothing is perfect, not even if you do the floorplans yourself, at least not the first time you do them (you will always fine something you would have done different the first couple times anyway!). Carpets in living room and bedrooms and sitting area in Library only. Build a garage at the outside utility door, and porches (love that front porch!) as usual. The price is a little high, but most prices are right now. The gas prices are going down though and that's a plus! So maybe everything else will start down too! We can only pray they do!
Good video Timothy! Thank you! God bless you and your family!

I was a kid who made forts (in the 70s). So… that under the stairs space…. Make the front part a coat closet…. Hang some old curtains behind the coats…. And let the kids have a fort in the rest! That space also goes under the other part of the stairs. You could have some outlets installed and give the kids a fan or 2. MAN I would have loved a space like that!! I used my closet. I put a blanket down and lined the cold outside wall with an old blanket and brought my lamp in there. I read books in there.
