Показать описание
When you filter data, and want to getting the SUM of only the visible part of the data ??? Can be a challenge. If you use SUM function for it, it will show you the Total SUM of the entire Data range (visible as well as hidden or filtered).
In these cases, when you want to get the sum of filtered data (Visible Cell) only, you have to use the SUBTOTAL function. The SUBTOTAL function can ignore hidden rows (either they filtered or hide manually) and can give you the following formula's results:
-- SUM
-- AVERAGE
-- COUNT
-- COUNTA
-- MAX
-- MIN
-- PRODUCT
