Psychologist Jo Hemmings analyses Prince Harry, what he says in his book 'Spare' and how he has acted in his media appearances around the tell-all.

In her psychological analysis Jo says Prince Harry 'felt the need' to get all of his truth out there but she says while he didn't intend to harm anyone, the fallout from the book has been destructive.

She says while the book could be a cry for help, Harry didn't intend it to be. In his interview with Tom Bradby Jo says Harry is full of contradictions and is suffering from a 'Messiah Complex' and he believes he is the only person who can save the Royal Family.

While Harry says he wants a reconciliation with his family, Jo says all he has done is ensure the Royal Family will not apologise and cannot "seriously be expecting a reconciliation".

On Prince William, Jo believes Harry loves his brother but the feelings are layered with anger, bitterness, resent and revenge.

The Smirk, after talking about William, is viscous. No question about it.

Meghan is Harry's motivation for everything. His words his life is all for her. Sad

I don’t believe him when he says that he didn’t intend to hurt anyone. He’s hurt himself more than anyone else, but he absolutely intended to cause them harm.

RF saw this monster coming and tried to warn Harry off! The fact that he says “she’s a successful actress” is why they didn’t like her…is so pathetic . She was just very unlikable and dangerous! And so it came to pass!!!

3:10 "...who had, you know, a very successful career..." --- Harry referring to Meg. WTF??? Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep etc. are examples of a successful career. I never knew MeGain was in the same level as them. This Harry is absolutely nuts.

The positive that came out of this book is that now we have no doubts about his real character. It is sad.

Most therapists recommend writing down your angst then throwing it away. Not publishing same.

I'm sick of this one's "own truth" garbage. There is only THE TRUTH.

My husband died suddenly right in front of me. He was young fit and we thought healthy. I was in shock for a year. I managed his affairs and funeral. The loss was terrible. I had panic attacks and suffered from grief. However I did move on and heal. Blaming his mothers death for his terrible behaviour is hideous and grotesque.

The Prince of Wales is more a Man and a King than Harry could ever hope to be! William has great kindness, and compassion and he is gracious and humble and he is a loving loyal Husband and Son. He would never trash his family and lie to the world about them as Harry has.

Him and the wife actually believe they would be better than Prince William and Princess Catherine in their positions. What egos!

It seems he has always seen William as competition. He even gloats about William losing his hair and looking less like their mother, Diana. It seems he was envious of the fact William resembled their mother more than he did. His obsession with his mother, wanting to see his mother in Meghan and constantly comparing himself to his brother is all very odd.

Believe the book was primary written by his wife to embarrass him and the BRF. 😅

He says he wants his dad and brother back but he's the one who left. I can't imagine how he tried to strong arm the Queen when he was with her because he certainly wasn't the person she chose to have around her to be protected, you know, the right people!

How are the rest of us dealing with being neither an heir nor a spare!? He does not appreciate the amazing opportunities that were open to him that the rest of us can’t even fathom. How much good he could have done in the world! But it seems it’s not about “doing” but about being celebrated and being acknowledged. But, you know, when you ARE serving a good cause, the recognition will come. Think Mother Teresa. But it’s all lost on Harry AND Megs.

He didn’t know he was bigoted until M told him. He didn’t know he was trapped until M told him. He didn’t realise the RF was racist until M told him. He was very vulnerable psychologically & M targeted him. Vile behaviour. She must have thought he had access to billions 🤷‍♀️ Long live the King 💕🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Get better soon Harry

Harry‘s childhood trauma was real but also partially manufactured as an ongoing defence mechanism, mostly to excuse his significant inadequacies as a person. This was then amplified by marrying a manipulative narcissist, getting the wrong therapy and years of low level substance abuse. He’s now paranoid, isolated, frustrated and bitter. His increasing unpopularity will only make this worse. This won’t end well.

Cathartic, perhaps at some minor level. Personally, I don't think Harry was particularly resentful of his family beyond typical family squabbles, until SHE came along, stalked him, then manipulated him into thinking she was the second coming of his mother. Down to intentionally wearing his mother's favorite perfume, she spun her web until he proposed and married her. She has stoked his petty ire into monstrous grudges, all for control of him, using his Royal lineage for monetary gain and fame. He's petrified his second Mummy will leave him if he doesn't comply with her every wish. Alienating him from his family has helped her control him quite successfully.
