This is definitely the 2nd greatest game ever in my life time. The greatest game ever is of course Game 7 of The World Series...

Javy, Willson, KB were 23-24. Babies. Absolutely blows my mind. So young with 108 years and millions of fans hopes on your shoulders. I cannot imagine the pressure of that.

This was THE game . . . when I knew they were not going to be stopped, that they were going to win it all. (Of course, I lost a bit of that faith when they were down 3-1 to the Indians with 2 of the final 3 games to be played in Cleveland, but my feeling about this game in SF turned out to be true.)

As a longtime Cubs fan this was such sweet revenge
1989!

Maddon just played Bochy perfectly after the Zobrist double. He took out Russell, a righty and brought in Coghlan, a lefty he never intended on using because he knew Bochy would switch to a lefty cause that's just always what he does when a lefty comes up, no matter what. Cubs ended up with the right handed Contreras, hitting 600 in that post season against a lefty and won the game.

I was at this game. Cubs fan for life. I live in the SF Bay Area now. I was at the game the night before also which went into extra innings and ended very late and the trains would’ve stopped, so I had to leave. Come back the next night for this game. Was so pissed off at the Cubs, I left after the 8th inning. Took the train home and listened to all this happen on my headphones. I was SO pissed and excited at the same damn time.

This was revenge for what Will Clark did to the Cubs back in '89 at Wrigley!

As an A's fan I definitely jumped for joy once Belt struck out. I couldn't take it after 2014 living around Giants fans. After hearing about the whole even year thing in 2016 I was so excited. I ran into the back yard fell to me knees and raised my arms to the sky

Nothing is more dangerous than Javy Baez in an 0-2 count

As a Dodger fan I was happy to see the Giants lose, especially on their home field. All Dodger fans temporarily became Cubs fans during this playoff series. Even though the Cubs ended up beating the Dodgers in the NLCS, I was still happy for the Cubs as they deserved to win that title after 108 years. And happy the Giants didn't make it back to the World Series. Now if only my Dodgers can claim that title I will be even more happy.
