I went to my backyard for meditation, in Australia we just start spring, this season is so beautiful, and while I was trying to meditate my 3 Chihuahuas set around me just under a big bouch of rosemary filled with bees that was even more calming and pretty 😊

I twisted my back when a bat flew at me, and I tried to get out of the way. Silly, I know. What surprised me is how cranky and glum I am feeling. It is like the injury opened the door to old ghosts from the past. But I do know this is old stuff is not me. These feelings feel like dust in the wind, and I am back to my happy healthy self as I take the day off and rest. Thanks, Deborah😁
