Sometimes when we relapse we are even more secretive about our addiction Its a greater shame we feel when we relapse But if you climbed out of addiction before you can do it again
If you’re not ready to “quit” your addiction this Virgo new moon, then take a step towards it instead Say, no more day drinking, or holding off until 8pm so you dont drink as much. Learn to live the day sober at least.
Make a plan during this new moon cycle. Maybe set a quit date, such as Christmas or a Birthday. Or a random day, so there is no cosmic pressure. Set yourself up for success. Start AA meetings the week before your quit date to inspire you or remind you of your Why. Get on some Bupropian a week before your cigg quit date. Or begin a therapy or quit smoking/drugs support group You dont have to quit today, but you *can* start taking the steps to set yourself up for success
