I like to think that the horned Manda from Atragon and Final Wars are Male, while the one seen in Destroy All Monsters is a female.

My guess for Manda in the MonsterVerse: He was the inspiration behind legends of dragons in China, Japan, and Korea. Additionally, just like Leviathan (Titanus Leviathan) being the true identity of the Loch Ness Monster, Manda is the true identity of the Cadborosaurus (the sea serpent of the Pacific Northwest) and the Ogopogo (in prehistoric times, Manda's species was also prey to a mosasaur kaiju which later became the inspiration for the Native American Sisiutl). He was also the guardian of the ruins of Mu, which was one of the many lost civilizations of the ancient humans of Hollow Earth (along with Atlantis, Lemuria, Shambala, Hyperborea, and Seatopia). His new design should also incorporate shark-like gills to explain how he can live underwater.

Man, an S.H. Monsterarts Manda (Final Wars) would be absolutely amazing! His long body would make for some great articulation. I would pose mine wrapping around either a monster or one of my buildings.

Thanks for the Christmas gift, I don’t mind learning about kaiju that don’t get a lot if attention, as the spotlight is on kaiju like, Godzilla Gamera Mothra King Ghidorah etc.

I hope the lesser of Tohos kaiju can get some love in the Monsterverse. Especially with how well the Big 5 have been done. Mosnters like Varan, Manda, and such could be done such justice

Maybe Katsura was recalling the events of Atragon in Terror of Mechagodzilla, and they simply used footage from Destroy All Monsters by mistake.

There’s one aperanse that you missed (not including singular point because this video came out before that show)
At the end of the intro for Godzilla The Series there are 4 monsters that appear, a giant spider, a green Bull, a giant sea serpent, and a giant bat, I don’t know were this info comes from but three of those four monsters are actually legacy monsters from Godzilla robes Gallery, the Bull is Megalon, the sea serpent in Manda, and the bat is Gigan, the giant spider isn’t Kumonga but instead is known as Gus The Spider, I have no idea if that’s a reference to anything or if that’s just the name of a production members pet spider, I don’t know
