Wal Thornhill: Electric Comets & Asteroids | EU Workshop 2014

In November 2014 a comprehensive review of the Electric Universe Model of Cosmology, with a special emphasis on recent discoveries, was held in Phoenix, Arizona.

Together with David Talbott, Wal Thornhill (1942–2013) created The Thunderbolts Project as a voice for Electric Universe ideology with an emphasis on direct observation and experiment, in contrast to conventional modeling of the physical world through extravagant mathematics.

Wallace Thornhill had more of a grasp on the real nature of the cosmos, than all the academics in mainstream university "science" combined. I miss him and his calm, deliberate style of presenting what we all in the EU community consider common knowledge, thanks largely in part to Wal's lifelong body of work and dedication.

Wal, along with David (Dave) Talbott will go down in history as two of the brightest minds ever! "Electromagnetic Fields and Waves" by Lorrain & Corson (2nd Edition) contains two problems relating Electrodynamics and Cosmology. Problem 4-22 starts with: "In 1959 Lyttelton and Bondi in 'Physical consequences of a general excess of charge' [Proc. Roy. Soc. (London) A, vol. 232, p.313] suggested that the expansion of the Universe could be explained on the basis of Newtonian Mechanics if matter contained a [tiny] net electric charge."

A follow-on problem, Problem 10-11, mentions that correction terms to curlB and divE due to the creation of this charge should be on the order of R^-2 where R is on the order of the radius of the Universe, so that the new terms would be negligible at all length scales but cosmological situations. This hypothesis is consistent with the linear velocity-distance observations.

As part of the electrical relationship, I believe these comets were initially part of the inner asteroid belt.

And as the solar system developed (in a radioactive circuit) Jupiter became further out from the sun and the circuit had increased resistance causing the surface to become gaseous and produce a ‘hot superconductor effect’ which amplified the magnetic field (among other effects) pushing both mars toward earth and also a range of inner asteroid belt bodies into quasi orbit.
