Goodbye bully! Everyone hates a bully. Come on now we’re not living in the dark ages anymore! Instead of an authoritarian outdated style of management we need more professionalism, especially ministers representing us all using a more superior inspirational style of management which is more productive. I hope he doesn’t return to haunt us!

Civil servants are a bunch of leftie snowflakes. Looking at Raab's behaviour it was assertive and forceful but not bullying. I have had to endure much worse whilst working in private companies.
