What a complex voice! It's like a decadent spice cabinet with limitless possibilities. Just a year ago I didn't know who Steve Perry was. I was grieving my Mom's departure. She asked me (in a dream) to go shoe shopping as a means to lift my spirit up. While in a store, I heard the voice on the radio. I asked sales people if they knew who was singing. They didn't know but kept offering me shoes to try. I couldn't care about shoes. All I could think of is getting home and googling some lyrics and hopefully getting more of the voice. The voice became my best medicine. Thank you God, Mom and Steve Perry.

Steve, your fans are still here. Please continue to sing for us. There are no singers singing for us Baby Boomers. We've all matured and life is different for all of us. Be us single, divorced, widowed or married, we still enjoy music and are not interested in the younger music of today. We've had our struggles, raising children, losing jobs, relocating and paying our bills. At our age, the one thing we need is inspiration to appreciate each other and love one another. You are an amazing talent, an even if you didn't want to do concerts, please continue to make music for us. You are inimitable and still loved by so many.
