I realized through the years watching you that questions are more powerful than the answers. They spark deeper relationships and self-reflection. Put you in control of conversations and position you as the expert. They've been here since we can remember and will never leave us. Thank you for asking such great questions that open new doors for us.

LOVE IT!!! I'm 57 years old, and the 13 years that I spent in therapy were INVALUABLE at changing my life and growing my career. I agree with everything that you said, because it's the TRUTH! Thank you for everything that you do, and keep going! 😀

And this is why we love you Chris, because you speak the truth. It's not a better gift you can give yourself than self-acceptence. I'm still working on it everyday.❤ More episodes like this please! 🙏

Let me be my authentic self :) and say this helped. I just woke up and thought I should watch a quick motivational video to get me going for the day. This is not only great because you are well-spoken, but it's also awesome because it triggered something within. Thanks!

The “authentic” part of me is the Artist that wants to create freely, and the “inauthentic” part is the professional that has to keep clients happy so that I can pay for my lifestyle. my inner child grows more and more resentful as I inch closer and closer to death.

Love you, Chris! Wow, 52! I thought you were in your 40s. I have a problem—the more I listen to you, the more I realize I look, behave, and think just like you. We are so similar.

Great take Chris! Totally agree with you on this one. I am 41 and i am one of those that are quiet. I am not shy, just quiet, and people tend to confuse those two alot. On SoMe one might say i am a functional introvert, but i believe myself to be more of a strategical thinker and only speak when there is a chance that what i say can elevate the state of the room. And also, i do not do smalltalk..i rather enjoy the silence.

I think many people confuse being authentic with being loud. I tend to go with that if there is a hastag attached to how authentic you are... well, then you are not.

I totally loved this episode. I’m 29 and already so into this kind of philosophy ✨ I get to reflect on myself a lot by journaling, asking questions to myself, but never being to therapy. This was a push to actually start it.

Thank you for sharing this and being open. I feel blessed because over the last two years, with the support of my partner, I have focused time on exploring my past and my present to hone in on who I am and what I find flow with. It’s an ongoing process of refinement. I know that your vulnerable content here is now what I value; your ability to be real. I just posted on LinkedIn today in an attempt to connect with my community. Very shortly after I had genuine DM’s from people connecting with my post but admitting that they cannot be themselves when they post, because “too many people wouldn’t like it.” I’m not sure all of the world wants authentic. I count myself privileged to find people like you to help my ‘normal’ be more genuine and accepting of what is.

Love this Chris, please do more! As a 21yo Polish creative pursuing Industrial Design I find the kind of content you produce very valuable. Its highly relevant and eye-opening. You connect very practical often professional advice to matters of the soul in a snappy, authentic and thought provoking manner.

I realized today that most things that will happen in my life— going way beyond professional endeavors, will be a direct consequence of how I act in accordance to how I think and who I am. And its a wonderful pursuit to go through life it in a truthful, integrated and authentic manner. It is challenging, though, to find oneself, be self-aware day-by-day, moment-to-moment, interaction-to-interaction...

Thank you. This is what is actually important when most of social media gurus always focus only on the technical side, but this is the foundation. Please do talk more about this!

Just simply loved this. I lack people I wish to surround myself with, so these chunks of one way conversations actually help to boost my day 🙂

Because of you now it's so hard to trust other Youtubers and other people who share half information or try to be oversmart.

You set the bar so high that other Youtube channels always make me feel disappointed.

Your authenticity makes you different from rest of the crowd. Thank you so much billion times for everything Chris 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great content Chris!! This is the theme that changes lives and how we approach to anything, including work. I failed my creative businesses before bc of layers of conditioning, trauma and stuff I was not able to be authentic and now I'm giving myself another chance. This stuff heals us creatives so thank you for sharing your story.
