Ingredients: serves 2

1 large chicken breast, halved

FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chili
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder

EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
Measurement Conversion:

Serve with cheese sausage & honey mustard

Hi, Rob. I'm from the Philippines and I hope no one will find it rude if I contradict you and say that the double down dog isn't all the rage here. KFC isn't really that popular in my country and most Filipinos go to Jollibee for their fried chicken cravings, I say most because there are others like me who prefer McDonald's and Bonchon Chicken. This is an awesome recipe, regardless. I'll try your fried chicken flour mix soon!

Iv been watching your videos for over 4 years now I used to stay up late and watch you almost every night because I loved watching the way things were made and how you made such nice and unique recipes! Your videos are so good and I'm so proud of how you've become a big sensation with your YouTube channel over the past few years. I have the same balance disorder you do and it affected me greatly initially. But staying active at work, outside of work, socially, physically, spiritually really helps with the anxiety. Maybe you going through this is a blessing in disguise! You lost all that weight and now have a new lease on your life!

I like your version with the honey mustard!  I made these the other day, they're fun to make but I had to remove the hot dog and feed it to the dog!  Loved the chicken though!!
