Im a person that makes realistic environments in roblox, and a tip from me is to stay away from textures. It's alot better to use PBR textures as they really show depth and bump for a more realistic look.

so RoBuilder i give u a tip if u click in model and u see negate and this over one with the + u can use that to make a hole in a part and than u saved time
and i used this to make a hallway for my S.C.P Game and if u need help with designing i can help u
